PAS 5000:2017

What is this PAS about?

PAS 5000 specifies requirements for the construction of indoor trampoline parks that are made up of interconnected trampolines being used for non-competitive leisure activities. It also covers day-to-day park operating and maintenance requirements. 

 Who is this PAS for?

 The PAS will mainly be used by:

• Trampoline park operators, designers, manufacturers and installers
• Safety inspection and enforcement bodies such as the Health & Safety Executive, Environmental Health Officers, RoSPA and other third party auditors

Why should you use this PAS?

It was created by and for the trampoline park industry to help minimize the risks to park users and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience. 

Because the PAS provides requirements, it also enables third-party auditors to carry out effective facility assessments and if necessary require hazardous equipment or substandard operational practices to be rectified.
