Form, fill and seal machines and fill and seal machines are used extensively in an increasingly wide range of industries. They contain many hazards and have the potential to cause serious injury.
BS EN 415‑3 covers the safety requirements for machine design, construction, and all phases of life of the machines including installation, commissioning, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and cleaning. BS EN 415‑3 mentions these safety requirements for all machines that fall within its scope. BS EN 415‑3 also guides you on how to check if these requirements are met in your organization. With the assistance of BS EN 415‑3, you will be able to provide the required safety and descriptive information about the packaging machines to the end-user.
BS EN 415‑3 provides methods to comply with the safety requirements for packaging machines to ensure a safe and hazard-free environment for your workers or your consumers.
