BS ISO 6550-3 specifies the main characteristics of M10 sheath-type glow-plugs with conical seating and their cylinder head housing, for use with diesel (compression-ignition) engines.

This third edition of BS ISO 6550-3 cancels and replaces the second edition (BS ISO 6550-3:2002), which has been technically revised.
