This document specifies a protocol for the application of semi-quantitative standardless
wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WD-XRFS) commercial packages for the assessment
of the concentration of rare earth elements (REEs) contained in magnet scrap from
end-of-life (EOL) products intended for recycling.
