What’s changed since the last update?  

BS EN 13724:2013 supersedes EN 13724:2002, which is withdrawn. BS EN 13724:2013 includes some technical changes with respect to EN 13724:2002. These include: 

• Revision of the definition of the term "grade" 
• Raising the number of aperture sizes from 2 to 3 
• Extension of security grades by security grade 0 
• Introduction of 3 new gauge envelopes 
• Adaptation of the paragraph entitled "installation height of aperture"
