1 Scope

This document specifies minimum specifications for maize (Zea mays L.) intended for human consumption and animal feed that is the subject of international trade.

NOTE 1 In this document, maize intended for animal feed is called “feed maize”.

NOTE 2 Specifications for feed maize are given in 4.3.1, 4.3.3, Clause 8 and Annex E.
