BS ISO 22915-21:2019

What is ISO 22915-21 about?   

ISO 22915-21 specifies the tests for verifying the stability of order picking trucks with an elevating operator position, where the operator's position can be raised to an elevation above 1200 mm. 

Note: It is not applicable to trucks fitted with a load carrier that can be shifted laterally or pivoted out of the truck's longitudinal center plane.

ISO 22915-21 specifies information about the stability of industrial trucks. In order to avoid any injury to anyone due to an unstable industrial truck, it’s important, we conduct verification tests mentioned in ISO 22915-21. 

What’s changed since the last update?  

ISO 22915-21:2019 supersedes ISO 22915-21:2009, which has been technically revised. 

The main changes compared to the ISO 22915-21:2009 are as follows: 

• An additional stability test for creep speed is added
• The explanatory note to the maximum travel speed is adapted to the state of the art 
• Several drawings are redrawn for better comprehensibility
