BS ISO 12647-2:2004

BS ISO 12647-2:2004 Graphic technology. Process control for the production of half-tone colour separations, proof and production prints. Offset lithographic processes

BS ISO 12647 specifies a number of process parameters and their values, for preparing colour separations. It can be used for four-colour printing or when producing four-colour prints by:

• Heat–set process
• Sheet-fed process
• Continuous forms of process printing
• Proofing for one of these processes
• Offset proofing for half tone gravure
