What is BSI Flex 1903 v2.0 about?
BSI Flex 1903 is the first standard in the Future Flight Standards Programme, where BSI is supporting the Future Flight Challenge, and working a wider ecosystem of stakeholders, to prioritize and progress areas for standardization. This will help support safe development and trialling of innovative aircraft and drones, as well as infrastructure and operations.
The aim of this BSI Flex is to create a lexicon of standard terms and acronyms used in this sector, so that when it comes to regulation and other future standards, all those involved will have a common understanding and vocabulary to use.
