BS EN ISO 8130‑12:2019 includes some technical changes concerning BS EN ISO 8130‑12:2010 they are as follows:

• Terms and definitions have been added
• The duplicate determination has been changed to single determination;
• The concentrations in the scale have been numbered and two new concentrations have been added;
• The clause on the expression of results has been clarified and in case the initial assessment is not conclusive, a list of test methods has been added;
• An example for a test report has been added
