If you can't access your BSOL subscription, please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Check you have entered the correct email and password to access BSOL.

  2. If you are still unable to log in, your account may have been moved to our new standards management platform - BSI Knowledge.

  3. Click on the Login button in the right top corner or visit https://knowledge.bsigroup.com/login.

  4. Use your existing BSOL email and password to log in.
