If you purchase multiple licenses for your business, each license user will be required to have the FileOpen plug-in and open each of the documents individually for the first time. This will ensure that the watermark and Digital Rights Management are correct for the user.
After a user opens a licensed document, it will be linked to the device, and cannot be shared with another person.
