What is this standard about?

It covers how to procure facility-related services (things like cleaning and waste management) in the most efficient way. It applies to new and existing facilities and especially to commercial and industrial property.

Anyone with responsibility for facilities management in small, medium or large organizations, including those with multi-site estates. Users will typically be:
