This British Standard is the UK implementation of EN 12889:2022. It supersedes BS EN 12889:2000, which is withdrawn.

The UK participation in its preparation was entrusted to Technical Committee B/505/10, Installation of buried pipes for gravity drain and sewer systems.

A list of organizations represented on this committee can be obtained on request to its committee manager.
